How to Grow the Jujube Fruit

Jujube fruit has only become popular in recent years, and while it sounds like an exotic, tropical fruit, it’s actually been grown in Texas and other southwestern areas of the U.S. since the mid-1800s. In tropical countries, there are many exotic things, which the population living in temperate latitudes gives its name to. Among others, there are also marmalade fruits that grow on large trees.

Jujube (Pouteria sapota) tree is also called puteria, jujube sapota and canistela. This plant is native to Central America and Mexico. It is currently cultivated throughout the Caribbean, as well as in northern South America and the Hawaiian Islands. Is the national fruit, but the island of Liberty. She has beautiful emerald foliage, the bark contains sticky latex, an average height of 8 meters. There are three varieties of puteria fruit.

In Mexico, jujube seed oil mixed with castor oil is used to fight hair loss! The recipe for such a mask is very simple: take 2-3 puteria fruits, grind them and mix with 300g. castor oil.
