Obtaining[]

Breaking[]

Mushroom blocks are most quickly broken with an axe, dropping 0–2 mushroom items of the respective type. In Java Edition, only cap blocks drop mushroom items, while in Bedrock Edition stem blocks drop mushrooms as well. Fortune does not affect the drop rate of mushrooms in any form.

The blocks themselves can be retrieved only by using a tool enchanted with Silk Touch. Mining the mushroom cap or stem yields a block with the cap or stem texture, respectively, on all faces.

Additionally, in Java Edition, if two similar mushroom blocks are placed next to each other and one of them is broken, the side of the other block that it was facing reveals the pore texture. This is because the side of these blocks change texture if they touch another block of the same type.

Mushroom blocks can be moved and are not broken by pistons.

Natural generation[]

Main article: Huge mushroom

Mushroom blocks generate as part of huge mushroom structures.

Creative inventory[]

In Java Edition, the brown and red mushroom blocks as well as the mushroom stem are available in the Creative inventory.

In Bedrock Edition, all-sided cap blocks, all-sided stem block (with id of "brown_mushroom_block"), and all-sided pore block (with id of "brown_mushroom_block") are available in the Creative inventory.

Usage[]

Composting[]

Mushroom blocks can be used in the composter with an 85% chance to make a new layer.

Mushroom stems can be used in the composter with a 65%‌[JE only] / 85%‌[BE only] chance to make a new layer.

Note Blocks[]

Mushroom blocks can be placed under note blocks to produce "bass" sound.

ID[]

in Java Edition, there are 3 kinds of mushroom blocks: Red Mushroom Block, Brown Mushroom Block and Mushroom Stem, which have different IDs.

in Bedrock Edition there are only 2 IDs: brown_mushroom_block and red_mushroom_block. Although the stems of the two kinds of huge mushrooms look the same, they have corresponding IDs. But the id of mushroom stem item is always "brown_mushroom_block". Even when mining the red mushroom stem with Silk Touch, the ID of the dropped item is still "brown_mushroom_block". There is another block named "mushroom" in the inventory of creative mode, which is actually a "brown_mushroom_block" with the texture of air holes on all six sides.

History[]

Java Edition Beta
June 14, 2011Notch showed a picture of a Beta 1.7 change-list. Although it was completely blurred out and was at first thought of as a joke, Notch later stated that one of the pictures with the new lighting system and the change list had a secret in them.
One place where people discussed it was on the Minecraft Forums, where it was discovered that the tabs at the top of the change list, which were partly covered, could be decoded based on the one-pixel tall pattern available in the image.[1]
After a user named "tmcaffeine" on the forums successfully decoded the image, the tabs read: ExperienceOrb.java, changelist.txt, Level.java, Tile.java, HugeMushroomTile.jav(a?), HugeMushroomFeature. (java?), RandomLevelSource(cut).[2]
This led people to believe that huge mushrooms would be added, and indeed, later on, Notch revealed a screenshot on Google+ in which two huge mushrooms could be seen as well as a village.

How to make a Red Mushroom Block in Minecraft

This Minecraft tutorial explains how to craft a red mushroom block with screenshots and step-by-step instructions.

In Minecraft, a red mushroom block is an item that you can not make with a crafting table or furnace. Instead, you need to find and gather this item in the game. Gathering a red mushroom block is a bit tricky in Minecraft because you need to mine it with a tool that is enchanted with Silk Touch.

Let's explore how to add a red mushroom block to your inventory.

TIP: A red mushroom block is only available through the Creative Inventory menu in Bedrock Edition (PE, Windows 10, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch) and Education Edition.

Supported Platforms

A red mushroom block is available in the following versions of Minecraft:

How to get a Red Mushroom Block in Survival Mode

You can add a red mushroom block to your inventory in Survival mode by mining the top of a large brown mushroom with a tool that has been enchanted with Silk Touch. So let's get started!

TIP: This will ONLY work in Java Edition. In Bedrock Edition, there is no way to obtain a red mushroom block in Survival mode. If you try the method below in Bedrock Edition, you will get a light brown (spore) mushroom block instead!

1. Find a Red Mushroom

First, find a large red mushroom in your Minecraft world. Large red mushroom are usually found in the Dark Forest or the Mushroom Island biomes:

Dark Forest

Mushroom Island

This is what a large red mushroom looks like:

Large red mushrooms are easy to spot. They are red with white spots and usually found near large brown mushroom.

2. Hold a Tool with Silk Touch

You can mine the top of a red mushroom with a tool that has been enchanted with Silk Touch such as pickaxe, shovel, or axe:

In this example, we are going to use an iron pickaxe that is enchanted with Silk Touch.

3. Break the Top of the Large Red Mushroom

The game control to break the top of the red mushroom depends on the version of Minecraft:

  • For Java Edition (PC/Mac), left click and hold on the top of the red mushroom.

The top of the red mushroom will break and a smaller red mushroom block will float on the ground.

4. Pick up the Red Mushroom Block

Make sure you pick up the red mushroom block before it disappears.

Once you pick up the red mushroom block, it will appear in your hotbar.

A red mushroom block should be kept in your inventory to be used later.

How to find a mushroom biome in Minecraft All biomes in minecraft 1 7

Manual

If you are determined to find such a biome - for mining unique materials on it, taming mushroom cows, or for any other game intentions - you should start with a little find out more about what the subject of your search is (and see if you like it at all).

Places of abundant growth of mushrooms will always meet you only on the outskirts of the main "continent" - in the form of islands. Where exactly the system will generate such a biome, you will not be able to predict. The ground on it is covered with a special type of block - mycelium. Mushrooms, including giant ones, grow on it in a natural way and even in clear daylight. Other plants are also found there, but on other types of soil (however, when mycelium spreads to them, they fall out of the soil).

Be sure to craft a boat - this is the only means of transportation on the ocean. In it, you will go in search of the coveted mushroom island. To make a boat, you will need five blocks of planks. Make them from the chopped wood available in the inventory or specially for this purpose (any kind of wood will do). Arrange the boards on the workbench so that its bottom horizontal row and the extreme cells of the middle one are completely occupied. Now just put the finished product on the water and hit the road.

Control the boat with the W, A, S and D buttons. Use the right mouse button to exit or enter the boat. Put in your inventory a sufficient number of supplies (including food) for a long voyage - for it is not known how long it will take to search for a mushroom island, and therefore the gamer (or rather, his character) may be in danger of starvation, and evil monsters may spawn nearby after dark .

Be patient - the mushroom island is not easy to find. However, if you do not want to wander for a long time in search of him, use some of the secrets of experienced minecrafters. Simply create a new world and enter the word "lost" or the number "4" in the line with the key to generate it. Entering the seed 3327780 may also work. Then you will find the biome you are looking for not far from your spawn location - but still in the ocean, albeit close to your shore.

Note

Don't try to move the mycelium into a normal biome - it won't take root there anyway. This type of soil does not transfer to ordinary grass blocks (by the way, grass is not able to replace it in the same way). And when destroyed, the mycelium will drop in the form of a cube of ordinary earth. In addition, other plants do not take root on it (except, in fact, mushrooms), and only a mushroom cow is able to spawn - and even dark caves under this biome do not give rise to other creatures. However, snow golems and iron golems can also spawn there, provided they are properly conditioned.

A biome is a collection of ecosystems in one natural and climatic zone. In Minecraft, these are natural areas into which the world was divided after the Halloween Update. They are separate zones of the landscape with different plants, terrain and blocks that make up the landscape.

Types of biomes.

There are 12 types of biomes in total:

Jungle.
A biome with a very large number of giant and normal trees. On them you can find a lot of vines and foliage. Also in this biome you can find a growing fern. Mostly this biome is hilly, it contains mountains. The crown of the tropical tree that grows on the hill is the highest natural point in the game. In addition, this biome has a friendly ocelot mob that is capable of sprinting. Also, only in this biome you can find the “temple in the jungle”. It is very rare for hostile mobs to spawn in the jungle, because there is a lot of foliage and spawning is impossible.

Swamp.
Lowland biome with many small lakes. Trees grow in lakes and mushrooms (mostly brown) grow underneath them. You can also find reeds. The water is predominantly gray in color, and water lilies float on its surface, for the collection of which a tool is not needed. Under water, you can find a large amount of clay from which you can make bricks. There is also often a witch's hut.

Forest.
A biome with a very large number of birch and/or oak trees, as well as a fair amount of grass. Sometimes it can spawn as a tech biome inside a plains biome.

Taiga.
Snowy landscape with grey-blue grass and many coniferous trees. Since version 1.8 Beta, wolves appear there much more often. In 1.1, the developers fixed a bug due to which there was no snow and ice in the taiga. For the most part, the taiga is generated as hilly. Since version 1.7, there are two options: taiga without snow and cold taiga, where water freezes and snow falls.

Desert.
This biome mainly consists of sand, dry bushes and cacti. There are no trees because there is no land in the desert. Often there are lava lakes, sediments and water lakes. Occasionally there are sand wells, characteristic sandy villages and temples. Sometimes due to bugs in the desert you can find cacti up to seven blocks in height.

Plain.
A flat biome with lots of tall grass and hilly terrain. Trees are very rare. There are a very large number of ponds and ravines on the plains, and a canyon can also come to the surface. This is one of the three biomes in which villages come across (the second is the savannah, the third is the desert).

Ocean.
A very large biome composed entirely of water. At the bottom you can find plains and mountains, and the bottom itself mainly consists of gravel and clay. You can also often find canyons. The depth of the ocean reaches 30 blocks, and the length - up to several thousand. Occasionally, islands will spawn in the ocean, as small versions of other biomes.

Tundra.
Barren, snowy terrain with little to no trees, lakes and rivers covered in ice in this biome.

Mountains.
A mountain biome that was introduced in 1.8 Beta. Trees are rarely generated. Here, more often than other biomes, you can find such picturesque structures as arches, cliffs, waterfalls, overhangs and flying islands. Also in the mountains there is the highest probability of generating underground caves. Sometimes there are small lakes at sea level. Emerald ore can only be found in this biome.

Mushroom island.
The biome that generates most frequently in the ocean on the island. The whole earth on it is covered with mycelium. This is the only biome, with the exception of the Dark Forest, where huge mushrooms grow and where mushrooms can grow in daylight. In this landscape, only mushroom cows naturally spawn.

Minecraft is a sandbox game. This game position was released in 2009, very quickly gaining recognition and wide distribution. Basically, this phenomenon was due to the fact that, in fact, the game is a multifunctional editor that allows you to implement any ideas. A variety of single and multiplayer modes, modifications and plug-ins make it possible to radically change the gameplay.

What is Minecraft?

First of all, creative people will really like this game, because the game features provide all the tools necessary to create unimaginable architectural and landscape masterpieces. In addition, fans of the strategy genre will undoubtedly appreciate this game, as they will be able to do any activity: the development of their own base and settlement, the extraction of resources directly with their own hands and in the first person. Game tools enable the player to realize himself in the construction industry, industry, landscape design, agriculture and many other areas. Of course, this is not easy, since there is a constant need to improve tools and equipment, as well as equipment, which will require considerable material costs. In addition, in addition to friendly animals and creatures, the player will also encounter vicious enemies that pose a great danger, and therefore it will be necessary to take care of weapons.

Variety in the sandbox

It is curious that many other popular games have been copied and recreated inside the Minecraft game. This became possible thanks to the unique game editor, as well as the biomes in Minecraft help the mode creators a lot.

Game worlds can be very diverse, and this mainly depends on the mode and conditions of the game itself. Often, players can independently influence the appearance of the world and its locations. Almost unlimited possibilities in the construction of objects, as well as in landscape work, allow you to change and modify the appearance of the game reality beyond recognition.

Biomes in Minecraft

In game terminology, there is such a thing as a biome. In other words, it denotes a natural area. Depending on this, the game algorithms will determine what type of ground surface to generate, for example, snowy or grassy, as well as what trees, water bodies, weather conditions, animals should be placed in this reality. The game has more than 60 natural zones.

Biomes in Minecraft can create snowy mountains, jungles, arid deserts, green meadows, and many other game locations that are identical to real ones.

Depending on the biome, or region, not only the appearance and weather conditions will change, but also the terrain. All these factors directly affect the activity of the players and the complexity of the process. Various weather and temperature regimes, landscape features, as well as saturation with resources make some locations tasty places, while others, on the contrary, are barren and impractical for research.

For example, the category of snow biomes includes cold taiga, tundra, and ice spike plains. Here you can meet rabbits, wolves, coniferous trees grow in some locations, and, of course, there are many snow blocks. There is also a reduced number of friendly mobs.

On the contrary, in dry and warm natural areas there is a much greater variety of game flora and fauna: golden rabbits, cows, sheep, horses, cacti, acacias. In can be found But the hottest in this biome is definitely Hell. There is a huge amount of minerals here: ore, sands of souls, gravel. Also in this location there are a lot of extremely hostile creatures: wither skeletons, gasts, wanderers of the Land, ifrits and others.

In earlier versions, players could control biomes when creating a game, but now this feature is activated by default. New biomes are constantly being introduced into the game, and now there are already several dozen of them.

Minecraft mods

Minecraft is a game that is a huge hit with millions of users. Naturally, among them there are many computer craftsmen who create their own modifications. Of course, over the long years of the game's existence, thousands of various mods have been created. Including there is a section called "Minecraft: mod for biomes", which makes the game even more diverse.

Biome mods are designed specifically to radically change the entire game world. They replace standard textures with higher quality ones, change the general appearance of locations, game objects and characters. All this together affects the atmosphere of the game, making it more exciting and realistic.

Seeds for Minecraft

There are thousands of game worlds in Minecraft, each of which has its own map. Such a scheme is equipped with an identification number, which is called a seed. Using this code, you can find your own map or connect to another player and admire his creations. In this regard, there are seeds for biomes in the Minecraft game, which provide the numbers of ready-made and fully developed maps. This is quite handy for avid players who don't want to spend time looking for cards manually. The most notable biome in this case is the snowy mountains, where you can find snow, ice, rabbits and snow blocks.

Here are some examples of ready-made seeds:

  • Snow Mountains (Key: 805516025834347901).
  • Red Desert (key: minecraftbook_506).
  • Taiga (key: 3615051348055423405).
  • Swamp (key: minecraftbook_12).

Biome Features

As mentioned above, there are different biomes in Minecraft, each of which has its own unique and inimitable features. First of all, biomes differ in environmental conditions in them, but the greatest role for the player is played by their saturation with resources, as well as directly by the type of these resources.

In certain areas, construction can be well developed, and if the appropriate mod is installed, then industry. In others, besides reeds and wood, there is nothing, and therefore one cannot count on something more than a hut or tree house. Some locations are saturated with water resources and sea spaces, which makes it possible to develop this industry accordingly.

What is a biome? Biome - a set of ecosystems of one natural-climatic zone. In MineCraft, a biome is a separate natural area, with its own landscape, type of trees and blocks. They are generated by the game algorithm but can be set specifically with grain game world. More details in the full news.

There are 12 biomes in total in MineCraft. They have their own ID:

21 - Jungle. A biome with lots of shrubs, foliage, and giant trees that have their own texture and color. A friendly mob can also spawn - ocelot. He drives away creepers with his presence when tamed. Natural structures can spawn, such as Jungle Temple.

6 - Swamp. Low-lying surface, with a lot of muddy, green water. mushrooms spawn in abundance under the trees from which the vines hang. water lilies float on the water, natural structures are generated - witch's hut.

4 - Forest. Lots of birch and oak trees. Tall grass, flowers. Rarely spawns inside the Plains biome, as a tech sub-biome.

5 - Taiga. Hilly area covered with snow. Spruces grow in abundance, wolves spawn.

2 - Desert. A plain where cacti grow. Sometimes desert temples, wells, or villages are generated. Trees are missing since they don't grow on sand.

1 - Plain. Flat landscape covered with tall grass. Sometimes villages are generated, more often lakes. Lots of flowers and animals.

0 - Ocean. Huge biome made entirely of water. The bottom, consisting of sand, clay or earth, there are canyons. The length is up to several thousand blocks, the depth is up to 30.

12 - Tundra. Snow plain. Occasionally there are trees, rivers and lakes completely covered with ice.

3 - Mountains. Normal mountainous terrain, few trees and grass. There are emeralds.

14 - Mushroom island. The only biome where mushrooms grow under light , Huge Mushrooms, mushroom cows are present. The ground is covered with mycelium.

8 - Ad. A biome that exists only in the Nether. Limited by bedrock at height 1 and 128, lava is at height 31. Infernal fortresses are generated, gasts, zombie pigmen, wither skeletons, lava cubes spawn. Lava flows better than in the normal world. This means that it spreads faster and farther.

9 - Sky. Biome located in the End. An island floating in the air, made entirely of endstone with pillars of obsidian.

Sub-biomes.

7 - River. A depression made entirely of water. The river meanders strongly, being a valuable source of clay.

11 - Frozen river. Appears only in Taiga. Covered in ice.

16 - Beach. Nuff said. Sand, sand, sand. And sandstone, yes.

15 - Coast of the mushroom island. Mushroom biome. But flat.

10 - Frozen ocean. The ocean, only covered with a thick layer of ice. In 1 block. 🙂

20 - Foothill biome.

17, 18, 19, 22 - Hills. Terrain modifier, there are desert, taiga, jungle, forest.

I hope you liked this article and the information was useful 🙂 I tried to write the most important information about biomes and reduce them to a single table in order to generalize and systematize all Biomes.

Let's start our guide by creating a portal:
For it you will need stone bricks and any foliage, from vanilla lane. Bricks as a frame, foliage as a portal. It can be of absolutely any shape, (if it is not 1 block wide, then it is obligatory to put side stone bricks!) , from a worm to a heart =)

To activate it, we need the Gean Keystone and the Staff of Gaia.
To craft a staff, you will need a Gean Jewel, we craft it on the Altar of Offerings. We just put obsidian, emerald and diamond on the Altar, and wait a bit. We take away the jewel with Shift RMB.

We put the Gean capstone near the portal, and put the Staff of Gaia into it, voila - we made the portal.

So our journey in the world of beetles begins. You appear near an already created, but not activated portal. Of course, by placing the staff of Gaia in the capstone, you can activate it.

Now let's talk about the ores of this world:
All ores spawn from about 5 to 112 heights.
Let's start with the fact that Erebus has all the usual ores (except redstone), only with the "Erebu texture".

Of course, the mod adds its own ores:

Jade ore - Weapons and armor and jade, according to its characteristics, is between iron and diamond. Also the jade pickaxe/paxel can NOT break obsidian.
Petrified Ore - Drops: Bone Shard, Bones and Altar Fragment with a small chance.
Petrified Wood Ore - It drops Petrified Wood.
Gneiss Ore - Drops Gneiss Stone that can be used to make a block that can be used to make stairs. If this block / steps is placed and broken, then lava will appear in its place.

Now let's talk about biomes, there are already 7 : Champs Elysees, Underground Jungle, Mushroom Forest, Underwater Swamp, Underground Savannah, Red Desert, Volcanic Desert
Champs Elysees

The following mobs spawn in this biome:

1. Lumberjack Titan: 60hp, Drop: Exoskeleton Plate, Raw Titan Chop. Tameable : Craft Beetle Amulet and Beetle Mount Set. Right-click on the beetle with the amulet, then click on the saddle set, and ride. Better than any horse.
2. Cicada: 5hp, drop: Repellent
3. Moth: 4hp, drop: Glowing Dust
4. Dragonfly: 15hp, Drop: Dragonfly wing, compound eyes. These bastards can grab you and take you far into the mountains...

6. Locust: 100hp, drop: Elastic fiber
7. Wriggling Worm: 25hp, Drop: Slime
8. Gadfly: 15hp, drop: Flight wing, compound eyes. It can throw a larva on you, in order to get rid of it, you need to drink the juice from the larvae or die.
9. Beetle Larva: 8hp, Drop: Beetle Larva (edible). If you jump on it, you will crush it, and slime will fall out of it. She also likes to eat wood and wood blocks (eat - in the sense of breaking blocks). When the larva eats a few wooden things, it grows into a beetle.
10. Worker bee: 30hp, drop: Nectar. You can also make a temporary nectar farm by taming bees: Craft a bee pendant and a honeycomb, click the pendant on the honeycomb, then on the bee. Done, now the bee will bring Nectar to the honeycomb.
11. Firefly: 15hp, drop: Bioluminescence. It also glows in the dark.
12. Honey Ant: 15hp, Drop: Nectar. It can also be tamed and receive nectar: Craft Ant Medallion and Nectar Collector. We click on the ant with a medallion, then we feed it with sugar (you can feed a maximum of 8 sugar at a time), then we collect nectar with a collector.
13. Beetle: 15hp, drop: Exoskeleton plate.
14. Chameleon Tick: 30hp, Drop: Camouflage Powder. He can disguise himself as any block that is under him.

16. Weevil: 15hp, Drop: Wheat, Infernal Growth, Bulb of any flower color, Sugar Cane, Bamboo Shoot, Turnip, Cocoa Bean, Carrot, Potato, Seeds: Wheat, Pumpkin, Watermelon, Flax.

Underground jungle

The following mobs spawn:

1. Praying Mantis: 25hp, Drop: Camouflage Powder.
2. Centipede: 25hp, drop: biospeed, poison gland, rarely supernatural speed.
3. Bombardier Beetle: 60hp, drops: Gunpowder, fire powder, exoskeleton plate.
4. Tarantula: 30hp, Drop: Spider Eye, Tarantula Leg.
5. Jumping Spider: 25hp, Drop: Poison Gland.

7. Mosquito: 15hp, drop: Vital blood. Like a real mosquito, sticks to you, drinks your blood and flies away, as if nothing had happened. ..
8. Bombardier Beetle Larva: 8hp, it is the same as a regular larva, but when it is fattened, it will grow into a bombardier beetle (Which is quite dangerous).
Also spawns: Beetle Larva, Wriggling Worm, Fly and Gadfly. (Their description is written above).
You can also find a mini-dungeon in this biome - Wasp's Nest . It has a wasp spawner, if you break it, you will get a wasp sword.

In this biome, near small bodies of water, you can find reedweed. If you break it, then there is a chance of papyrus falling out. There is a little trick: You can break it with scissors, then both papyrus and reed will fall out =)

Mushroom Forest

The following mobs spawn:

1. Crushed: 5hp, drop: Bone
2. Panchroom: 20hp, drop: Elastic fiber
3. Boss Destroyer: 200hp, drop: Mushroom cover. Yes, this boss spawns here as a regular mob, and its drop is affected by loot.
4. Stag: 80hp, Drop: Exoskeletal Plate, Rarely Stag Heart. It can be tamed (like the Titan Lumberjack).
5. Zombie Ant: 25hp, Drop: Zombie Ant Plate, rarely Terpsis Mushroom and Ant Pheromone.
5.1. Zombie Soldier: 40hp, same drop as Zombie Ant. It is slightly larger.
Also spawns: Beetle Larva and Jumping Spider (see above).
Mold and rotten wood can be found in this biome. We collect mold with scissors, plant it on a rotten tree, thereby growing it.
Mold is needed for the composter as fuel. The composter, in turn, makes compost from organic matter (almost any plants and food), which works like bone meal.

Underwater Swamp

The following mobs spawn:

1. Leech: 10hp, Drop: Lifeblood
2. Blood Snail: 5hp, Drop: Vital Blood
3. Swamp Wisp: 5hp, Drop: Bioluminescence
4. Nutcracker: 25hp, Drop: Nutcracker Root
5. Water strider: 15hp, drop: Hydrofuge

This biome is very rich in different plants, here you can find:
Reedweed (about him above), there are a lot of them here.
Jade Berry Bush: As you might guess, it grows jade berries that can be used to make jade. You can only plant it on dirt (There is a lot of it in this biome, you can even get it by hand).
Loveberry bush: It grows life berries that restore the gender of a heart when consumed. Grow in the dirt.
Swampberry bush: It grows swampberries, restores half a hunger leg (not much...), and they are also needed for an invisibility smoothie.
These bushes can be obtained by hand. I think the screen below shows who is growing at what speed. The berries are harvested RMB.

Weeping Flower: In addition to being very pretty, breaking it will drop petals for smoothies. (can be assembled with scissors)
Sundew: Rarely can be knocked out of bioluminescence. Just like with the reed, you can break it with scissors and drop both the flower and the bioluminescence.
Swamp Plant: You can knock out cabbage seeds from it, which can be planted like normal seeds, grow cabbage, eat it and fart. Yes, yes, you heard right, turn on the sounds and check))
Of course, I did not tell about all the plants of this biome, only about the most interesting ones!
There is also a small dungeon - "Dragonfly Water Lily", with two dragonfly spawners, under which there is a chest with loot, from the usual underground Erebus dungeons.
Breaking the spawner will drop some ender pearls.

Underground Savannah

The following mobs spawn:

1. Scorpion: 30hp, drops: Poison gland, scorpion claw
2. Scythodes: 25hp, drop of a normal spider.
Also spawns: Chameleon Tick, Gadfly, Beetle, Beetle Larva, Fly, Firefly, Tarantula, Wasp, Grasshopper, Locust.
Also in this biome you can find dungeon Giant Baobab Tree with boss - Female Tarantula :

She has 300hp, drop: Tarantula Trophy - Chestplate, protection like a diamond breastplate. Tarantula egg - just for decoration.
Initially, she is in "protection" like the wither boss. While defending, she can only be hit with ranged weapons. Protection disappears after removing half of the lives.
Please note that the silk the boss is standing on is a pretty good source of threads, (1 block of silk = 9 threads)!

Red Desert

The following mobs spawn:

1. Phalanx: 30hp, Drop: Biospeed, rarely Supernatural Speed. Upon death, it will spawn 4 mini-flanks that will apply bad effects on you.
2. Rhino Beetle: 60hp, Drop: Rhino Beetle Plate, Rhino Beetle Horn. His can be tamed by like a Titan Lumberjack. He has the ability to climb walls like a spider. Also, when accelerating and pressing a key (which is set in the control settings), you can hit enemies:

The attack button must be pressed near the enemy. The larger the green bar (above the inventory slots), the more damage you will deal. I want to note that beetles are much faster than horses!
3. Black Widow: 25hp, Drop: Poison Gland, Thread, Spider Eye. It can be of different sizes. Also, she can spawn in hell.
4. Swarm of mosquitoes: 15hp, drop: Compound eyes, flight wing.
Also spawns: Scorpion, Scythodes, Fly, Beetle Larva, Centipede, Tarantula, Gadfly.
From plants, two useful ones can be distinguished:

1. Fireflower, it can be assembled by hand, from 9pcs. you can make fire powder.
2. Succulent Tree - very rare and very useful, it is a source of sap balls, which are needed to craft an amber star, which, in turn, is used to use a Conservation Wand. Breaking succulent wood, you get these balls, Luck affects the number of sap balls dropped !
Conservation Wand can be found in a cluster of amber. Found a wand in amber - just break it. You need it to seal mobs in amber (Shoot at the mob with Amber Stars, from a wand, RMB). mob was mothballed, broke with silk touch moved to where you want. Breaking without silk - the mob will spawn. (Amber wand can also be mined with silk touch).

Volcanic desert

The following mobs spawn:

1. Fire Ant: 15hp, Drop: Magma Bolt
1.1. Fire Ant Warrior: 20hp, Drop: Fire Powder, Ifrit Rod. It is slightly larger.
2. Lava Spider: 60hp, Drop: Fireball, Spider Eye. Since he is always in lava, it is better to hit him and lure him to land, because loot burns in lava (which is not surprising)
3. Antlion: 35hp, drop: Exoskeleton plate. He hides under the sand, so killing him will be problematic...
Also spawns: Black Widow, Scorpion, Phalanx, Gadfly.
You can also find a mini dungeon with Antlion Mini Boss:

It is located under ghostly sand, which is very similar to normal sand. You can fall through it, right into the lair of the mini-boss.
He guards the chest, with the usual loot from Erebus dungeons, drops from it the same as from ordinary antlions, has 100hp.
Also in this biome there is dungeon "Pyramid" with the boss - Lord of the antlions :

However, getting into this pyramid is not so easy. As you can see, at the bottom of the pyramid there is a labyrinth in which Antlions and Magma Caterpillars spawn:

Has 20hp, drop: Magma Caterpillar Eye.
Along the edges of the labyrinth you will find four Umber Golem Idol Guardians:

Mud 100hp, Drop: 1 Mud Scarab Idol
Iron 150hp, Drop: 1 Iron Scarab Idol
Gold 200hp, Drop: Interesting, 2 Golden Scarab Idols (Why would that be?)
Jade 250hp, Drop: 1 Jade Scarab Idol
If for some reason you need to spawn these guards, then their summons are quite craftable. Watch craft in NEI.
We need scarabs to open the pyramid:

After opening, as you can see in the gif, there will be 8 stones with pictures of the item that needs to be inserted into them. First, we are given a chest with these items (jade), most likely so that we understand how it works. As we inserted the items, a teleporter opens in the middle, we stand on it and teleport us to 4 more rooms, but we will have to get the items for the stones ourselves.
