How to make an angel out of paper?

Making an angel out of paper with your own hands is not difficult even for a two-year-old child. But such a souvenir, made with your own hands, will be a pleasure to give to grandparents. And if you create an angel craft on the eve of Christmas, then angels can decorate the Christmas tree and give it an even more solemn look.

How to make a paper angel: a simple scheme

There are a wide variety of schemes with which you can make a paper angel.

These angels are easy, quick and easy to make. It is necessary to print the diagram, cut it out and additionally attach decorations in the form of beads, sparkles, etc.

Volumetric paper angels

If a child wants to make a paper angel quickly and easily, then you can print the blank shown in the figure below on a color printer in advance. Or cut out shapes of the corresponding color from colored paper.

  1. Cut out two truncated cones of different colors - an angel's dress.
  2. We take a beige sheet of paper, draw an angel's head on it according to the template, cut it out. We circle the facial features brighter with a marker - eyes, nose, lips.
  3. From yellow paper cut out a circle with an empty center in the amount of two pieces. It will be a halo. We connect two sheets together.
  4. Cut out two rectangles. From the side of the smaller edge of the triangle we make a rounding. These will be the sleeves.
  5. Glue the palms to the sleeves, after cutting them out of beige paper.
  6. Making wings. We create two wing blanks, since they should be double-sided. Glue to the cone. If you thread a thread through the halo, you get a Christmas tree decoration.

According to another scheme, you can make an angel holding a trumpet in his hands. The principle of creating it is the same as described above: on one half we draw a template, cut it out and straighten it to add volume.

Paper Christmas angels

An angel is a symbol of such a family holiday as Christmas. The more interesting it will be for the child to create crafts on a Christmas theme. Paper angels made by a child together with a parent can be used as a Christmas tree decoration. Paper craft angel does not require special skills from the child and is quite easy to do.

  1. Take a white sheet of paper and fold it in half.
  2. We draw an angel on one half of the sheet: a head, a halo, a wing, a part of the dress. Cut out.
  3. Angel dress can be cut into small strips along the bottom.
  4. The shape of the wings can be made any way you want.
  5. We unfold the finished figure, pull the upper part of the halo forward - these will be the hands of the angel, which he folded in prayer.
  6. If you wind the fringe of the dress and wings on a pencil, the angel will become more voluminous.
  7. If you make several of these angels and hang them by a string, then you can decorate a chandelier with them by hanging the angels by a string.

The scheme of the Waldorf angel pattern made of paper is shown in the photo:

Making an angel with your own hands can captivate not only a child, but also an adult. And having made an angel as a gift to loved ones, the baby will give his warmth and love, transmitted with the help of his crafts.
